Mid Week

OK it's Thursday already and nearly the end of the week. I am coming to believe now that the weeks are flying by cause i am enjoying life.

Today is a hot day in Geelong so i have been taking it easy. But another reason for taking it easy is my back is playing up. Grrr I put up with the niggles everyday, but the last couple of days it's been constantly aching and i just cant do much. Oh well, if it's not better by next week back to the chiro i go again. they are my saviours..LOL

Anyway jumped on the scales this morning (I don't normally do that mid week) and it told me i have lost 1.2kg's. Pfft. That cant be right...lol I wont be doing cartwheels until weigh in on Monday as this will be the TRUE weithtloss i go with.

OK better head off.

Nice and Quiet

This week went so quick. I can't believe it is the start of another week already. The only thing was , i just couldnt sleep properly. Not sure why. Just one of those things i guess. My girlfriend moved into her new house on Friday so we sent around there on for drinks. I had 3 glasses of Jewel Pink Champaigne. So nice and great for the waistline...LOL 1pt per glass, cant beat that..

Weigh in day today and i lost another 1.1kg's for the week. So really pleased with that. I wonder if this week will go quick. Always seems go to fast when xmas is near.

Ok enough now!!

This morning i slept in till 9.30am yay!! Opened the front door and to my surprise there was a cool breeze. So i quickly got the vac out and vac'd. Had to do it because it was meant to have been done Monday and Wednesday but its been to bloody hot...

Feeling really full the last few days but i think it has to do with me drinking so much water. Around 3litres to be exact. But its good for me as i have fluid retention anyway and i haven't been as bad.

WOW thanks god the breeze has come in. Cooling the house down tonight to get it cool before another warm day tomorrow. This weekend will be nice and quiet. After last weekend it will be good to relax...LOL

Anyway guys that's enough from me.

Another hot day!!

Well another hot day today but things just needed to be done. First of all Jarrad HAD to go to daycare. YAY!! Then it was time for shopping.. Oh my, it takes me longer these days cause i love searching for WW's products or new healthy low fat food that i can buy. I carry around my little pts book cause it is real handy when i want to buy something that im not sure of.

Ok shopping was done, The sweat started once i got to the register. Was it because i had to pay for all the groceries or was it because i was just stuffed from emptying my huge trolley. (little of both i think)...LOL

Got home, boy was it hot, but i got all the bags inside with any hassel or huff and puff. Loosing just over 10kg's has helped with that i think. Thankyou WW"S.

I made a yummy seafood salad for lunch and i had 2 ciabatta garlic breads to go with it. Gee, so full after that. I have to make sure i still snack in the arvo. Sometimes i forget the time and then its too late cause its dinner time. I brought the Fruity Duos today fo i had one after tea. WOW so yummy for only 1pt each.

Ok now i am so tired. The weather is getting to me but thank goodness for airconditioning.

What a Weekend

Well my journey on WW's has been great so far. My mind set is fantastic. I am just kicking myself I didnt get back to it sooner. I just thought it was the same as it was years ago when you had a set menu plan you had to follow. But it's not anymore. You choose what to eat and OMG there is soooo much more you can eat then before. I am loving the recipes both on the site and from the STGTBT books.


I think i am eating more now then i did before joining. And the best thing is i am loosing weight and feeling better already. All i have ever wanted from a diet was to eat normal everyday food. Not just plain boring chicken and salads or fish and salads. I finally found what i want. Everyone on the forum is so inspiring. Even if they arent talking to me directly their words of wisdom is just so fulfilling.


Now i must admit to everyone now that the weekend was a biggy for me. On Friday I saved a few points as I new I was going out for tea. I knew exactly was i was doing when i had those 2 plates of food. The only real bad thing i must say i should not have eaten was the 5 Lemon chicken honey balls..LOL The rest was mainly chinese vegie stirfy's.


Then on Saturday night, i had a family Spit to go to. OMG again their was heaps of food. I had 2 plates (I know must be a good # for me LOL) then to top it off i had a very small piece of choc ripple cake...NICE!!! But i knew what i was doing and i just thought i would prefer to eat what i wanted (within reason) and enjoy myself.


When Sunday morning came around I woke up feeling positive again and was back to counting my points. BUT i came to realise, eating all that food, played havock on my stomach. I felt so yuk inside. Never again no matter what, will i eat that much. It's not worth it.


Well Monday came and i had to get on the scales. I knew what ever the outcome, i would be still positive, as this time i know that i have a long journey ahead of me and there will be ups and downs. Its just part of life. But to my surprise i lost 300gm's. How exciting. WOOHOO!! Now i wont be going out every weekend eating heaps and thinking i will get away with it cause i wont. This time i was lucky. Next time i amy not be.
